Random rant

It's 2:39 pm and I'm in the IISO lab at school with mal, SH, Just, Clar, and Kel. We're basically just trying to finish up our report and I'm pretty much finished up mine and just waiting for the rest to finish up their bibliography. Haris and Shar are nowhere to be seen now and also during OOPG lecture, Seri and Shellen too.....just gonna be one of those days. Oh yeah I'm abit pumped upped by the fact that Supreme Commander is gonna hit the shelf tomorrow on U.S shelves which means a "copy" version will be out quite soon so yeah have been waiting for this game since like last year June. I couldn't believe I would be able to stand the wait but yeah time passes by quite quickly when the bulk of projects are to be handed up in a constant rate. Oh yeah an update on the music juke box corner, I've added a song from Bakuratsu Tenshi, a really nice ED from Burst Angel the anime. So I think that's about it for today. Cya:)

Part 2 of anime posts

So like yeah now there is time to blog during IDES lesson lol. Using the IMAC to do my blog and i would have to say it ACTUALLY feels nice to type stuff on it cos of the nice empty spaces. Anyway seems like my IDES assignment deadline has just extended. Good thing, cos like yesterday I was sleeping the whole way throuh after lesson. That would be from 5pm-7am! This meant serious shit cos I didn't finish doing my homepage and subpage to hand in by today... Well that's no problem now sincethe deadline extended to next week, that means more time to do the site and more time for anime :) lol.

So for part 2 of my anime posts today, I have chosen to write about Mushishi. Basically Mushishi is a kind of a light horror/sad story anime and it follows the main character who is a Mushi-shi.

His name is as the picture says is Ginko and he has white hair and only 1 eye, yes 1 eye and he is the main character. He goes around travelling for his certain curse of attracting mushi. Mushi are basically some sort of insect/plant type of creatures that consist of the Essence of Life.

They are mushi.

So anyway every episode of this 26 episode anime consist of his everyday journey to help others with his extensive knowledge about mushi by curing/teaching and giving them instructions on how to live with their mushi problem. This anime is quite philosophical and there isn't any action. If you can consider whoosing and escaping mushi as action, then that would be the action you can see in Mushi-shi. Expect to see ghost like things and some types of exorcism.

The opening song of Mushishi is done by Ally Kerr called Sore Feet and its suprisingly an english song. I've put in the streaming songs corner so go try it.
The anime is rated a very very high rating and I couldn't agree any more.

Old anime, new anime and Pizza Hut anime!?!?

So like yeah its been a long time since i blogged cos of all the projects and all that and it has drastically reduced my the time I use to play games. However, that doesn't mean there ain't no time to watch anime :P lol. Anyway I felt like recommend to ya people 2 recent anime for ya to watch that I think are quite good series.


First off I'll start with Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion. Basically it is an anime featuring mechas and uber loads of action and a slight amount of Death Noteness intellectualness. Oh yeah and add all those together with Pizza Hut ads and you got a winner lol. Here are pictures of Code Geass.

All tests done except for Life Science

Well all i have to say right about now is that the tests are blowing by quite easily, nothing much happening except that the birthday bash for the December people in the class is happening on Friday and it is like totally gonna stop me from studying lol. So darn tired these days with a hint of sadness too. For some reason I'm get the feeling that life is just not worth living anymore, the games I am playing are just not that fun as before and anime is getting less and less appealing. Maybe it's because I'm just getting not enough good anime and games in my com to do but yeah basically I use these 2 things to get my self to continue living.......sad life. Only 2 things to keep me going . Oh well.......it's not as if I never gotten this feeling b4.

Now for a small trailer from a future game and I'll go back to my wallowing in sadness. :(
oh yeah and you may want to put a date higher then 18 years old to watch it. Basically it has a bit more blood then usual games but yeah it quite 'normal'. The game is called Dark Sector.

Letterhead for myself...neat eh?

Well MMP had ended on Friday and I thank God for helping to hand in my work in time. I had to totally redo my interface, create a logo and letterhead and be complete a 16 page proposal in all in a night with only 10hrs to go. I went through the night without a single sleep and used music to drive away the sleepiness and 2 days without my "fix" of computer games. So I like totally listened to Daft Punk, My Chemical Romance, some Computer game songs and 1 anime song and repeated those songs over and over and over during the night. I would have to thank Daft Punk and the com game songs for bringing me inspiration in making my "techno" and "futuristic" logo and letterhead. I am pretty proud about my logo and letterhead considering that i did them through the night and into morning without sleep. My interface was very much better then my old one and overall I liked it and was about 7/10 satisfied with my layout and all. Slept about 8am so that I could get my body and brain to work properly the next day. Had to chiong with my proposal later in school and I had really little hope that i could finish the proposal in time. Luckily with a little commitment and hardwork, I got everything done before 6pm. Went back home and......no no no lol didn't go play computer but instead went to watch TV. For some reason, I didn't really get that tired during and after the MMP ordeal. Hmm.... curious.....

Update on Saturday.
Well it's Saturday and nothing much is happening, I went over to the School Library so that my CMSK group could finish the poster and get a script up for our roleplay. Went back home and played the living shit out of my body with my arsenal of games and got really tired after that. I should have ask my bro to take a picture of me when I was playing, would have been funny. Oh yeah went to Haris house after CMSK group meething, pretty ok and not bad. It's got some nice wind flowing from there cos its at the 11th floor. Anyway, went to Haris house, watched some anime, transferred and played a computer game. Pretty much had fun making fun of old A.I. and Haris's Com's lack of RAM to play games.

Update on Sunday.
Well shit happens and I lost my EZ- link card while travelling to Expo Sitex with my church mates. I am damn lame and its gonna be a hassle to travel around to school and back....haiz. Well the card got stolen because I forgot to take the card out of the top-up machine but yeah luckily I didn't top it up in the end cos I forgot that the minimum amount of money to deposit was $10 so in the end I didn't top it up. Had about $3 in it but yeah i deactivated it straight away so no way is anyone gonna use my card. Anyway the show had to go on, so I go myself a deposit card and headed over to Sitex.

The expo was pretty much the same deals and all that just that SEAGATE WAS SELLING 320GB EXTERNAL HDD for only $199!!! That's a really good deal I would say so yeah my friend got it and we went around to look out for the PS3. Sadly to say it was no show for the PS3 but the PS2 was there and its cousin, the PSP. Xbox 360 was there too and they were advertising their big game, Gears of War.

If you like chunky marines who have the least amount of sensibility of wearing no helmet in a warzone pit against Doom enemies with loads of gore, this is the game you have been waiting for. Oh by the way if you look closely and that chunky dude's gun,.......yup it's a chainsaw and you get to use it in a manner with the most amount of blood to fly everywhere.

My church mates and I had a go at Need for Speed: Carbon with this Logitech steering wheel plus clutch set up and let me tell is it 8 times harder to use that then to use a normal keyboard lol. The controls was all over the place and I had to play once and see once to actually understand how the controls worked but yeah happy to make passer-bys turn their heads to look at the cool features of the game I was "playing with" heh heh. It was damn funny to see this small kid jump up in shock when my friend ran into the gas station with his car to make a BOOM come out of the subwoofer right next to the kid HAHAHAHHA. (Woah that's evil isn't it? Ah who cares lol)

Now that's what I call pwning the police with a lousy car.

Anyway after frightening the kid and all hope lost in trying to find a PS3 at Sitex, I went back home with my church mates and tried out my new game Phantasy Star Universe. Played it and it seems to have a promising story though I can't really get the fun out of the RPG game cos of my preference to other types of games. At least they have lightsaber swords in it, feels like Knights of the Old Republic all over again.

Animated cutscenes are a really nice eye candy treat to see in the game.

Well that's about it for the past 3 days, I seriously need to get some sleep, its already 2:47am. Well until the next update then see ya :)

Well hi everyone, I was looking though the photos in my camera and I realised what a perfect of showing to everyone is through my blog so today's post will have loads of pictures. I have been doing nothing much on my proposal these past few days, gonna be so dead meat but yeah I have been reading on some library books to help myself out. Sleep has also been a problem these past few days but it is not really because of the projects but due to my unhealthy gaming habit/addiction sigh....this past week I have been missing my stop back home everyday cos I slept through the bus ride. One look at this fine mighty piece of hardware in Singapore made my gamer's appetite water :P I just had to find out the price of it thinking that the more expensive 60GB version would be at most S$1,200 when holy camole did my dreams shatter...it costs a whopping S$1,699!!! and for the 20GB version, it costs S$1,299 :'(
Oh woe to the gamer's wallet when buying the ultimate gaming machine. I gonna have to wait until the price drops down and get my bro to pitch in his side of the money to buy the PS3 haiz. So that's about it for this post....damn does photbucket take damn long to upload pictures....cya:)

Birthday!!!! :)

Hi y'all here's another update of stuff. Well most of the class has finally completed their first level design for their interface design although with many tears in the process. We lost in Captain's Ball and B-ball but you guys and gals did you're best ya all and we had to go up against Year 2 people so do not get emo all you guys :). Oh yeah and we had a nice birthday celebration for all the October birthday people. I've uploaded some of the pictures in this entry so happy viewing.
Added some new features like the music juke box, hope you guys will like it. Two are from Daft Punk while the last one is a anime OST from Welcome to The NHK! which is a pretty good anime if you asked me though the main character reminds me of me at some times....Freaky shit lol. Well everyone in C140G lets chiong all the way with our projects and complete them on time now ya hear me? lol :)
Oh yeah and gaming addiction is bad *what a hypocrite*
